  • How do I place an order?

    Simply call of our office on 01782 517800 and one of our friendly team can help to process your order. 

  • How much notice do I have to give to book a skip delivery?

    We need 24 hours’ notice to guarantee delivery of skips for the next day. We can however sometimes offer a same day delivery service for local deliveries depending on our workload so please call the office on 01782 517800 for availability. 

  • What types of skips are there?

    There are two types of skips for domestic and commercial hire – open and enclosed skips. The open skips are the most popular type of skip and come in a range of sizes from 2 yards to 16 yards. Enclosed and lockable skips are available on request and we can also offer roll on roll off skips for specific waste materials. Please call the office for further details on 01782 517800.

  • When and how do I pay for the skip?

    All skips must be paid for when booking the skip or on delivery of the skip. We accept cash, cheques and card payments. 

  • What can you put in the skip and is there anything that I cannot put in the skip?

    We accept most types of household and commercial waste including paper, wood, metal, plastic, fabric, brick, rubble, soil etc. We do not accept any type of waste that is hazardous or harmful or anything that compromises health and safety. This list compromises but is not limited to:

    • Asbestos
    • Clinical Waste/Needles
    • Fridges/freezers
    • Tyres
    • Oil
    • Gas Bottles
    • Poisonous or polluting substances

    It is Strictly forbidden to have fires in the skip. Any skips that show sigs of fire damage will incur extra charges. 

  • How full can I fill the skip?

    The skips are STRICTLY LEVEL FILL ONLY. All drivers are required to cover the skips with a net before transportation of the skip. If the skip is overfilled then it is at the driver’s discretion to collect any skips that are overloaded as they can be prosecuted for being overloaded or carrying an unsafe load.
